POSITION: Receptionist/Office Assistant
LOCATION: Central Office
SALARY: $16.86/hr minimum with full benefits
SCHEDULE: 12-month position working Monday-Friday, 8 hours per day
START DATE: As soon as possible

QUALIFICATIONS: Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED with at least three years of office experience, previous school district experience preferred.
Other preferred qualifications include:
● Demonstrated excellent communication skills;
● Technology skills in order to perform requested tasks;
● Ability to compare/contrast/sort lists and groups of information;
● Positive demeanor and interaction with others; and
● Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
JOB DESCRIPTION: This position requires an enthusiastic, upbeat individual who is capable of handling various duties such as greeting and directing visitors, responding to inquiries from internal and external sources, providing support to central office staff including assigned responsibilities and projects, assisting with online registration, updating the school district's website, and performing a wide variety of clerical duties such as organizing and filing documents, scheduling, shredding, sorting/distributing mail, and updating information within systems.
