Customer Service Representative
Wind River Home Oxygen is seeking a motivated, long-term employee to add to our team. The ideal candidate is someone who comes to work each day with a positive attitude, believes in contributing to a team environment, is self-motivated and organized. This person will also enjoy working hands-on with members of the community and our patients. The Customer Service Representative, or CSR, acts as our first point of contact on the phone and handles the community traffic that walks in through the door. A typical day for this person would be customer engagement, being the first person to pick up the phone, scheduling medical tests, creating and taking orders for products, selling retail products and assisting with hospice. The best CSRs are genuinely excited to help customers, patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative.
