SALARY: $70,725 minimum (based on 2024-25 salary schedule); full benefits
CONTRACT: Full-time, 185-day contract

QUALIFICATIONS: Applicants must be currently certified or qualified to obtain certification or professional licensure as a School Psychologist in Wyoming. Applicants should also have the following skills, abilities or characteristics: A strong understanding of the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) and Wyoming special education regulations. Experience conducting psychoeducational evaluations to assess cognitive, academic, social-emotional, and behavioral functioning. Proficiency in administering and interpreting various psychological assessments, including functional behavioral assessments (FBAs). Ability to develop and support teams in the implementation of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs). Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, including teachers, parents, administrators, and related service providers, to support student success. Up-to-date technology/computer skills for documentation, data collection, and communication are also necessary.

DESCRIPTION: The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting assessments, analyzing data, and collaborating with educators and families to help identify student needs and develop appropriate IEPs. They will participate in special education processes and provide recommendations to support student learning and behavioral success. Additionally, the School Psychologist will assist in compliance with special education regulations and provide guidance to school teams.
