SALARY: $64,000 - $68,000, depending on experience and education; full benefits
CONTRACT: 12-month contract, 30-hours per week, grant funded position

GRANT INFORMATION: The purpose of the Project AWARE (Advancing Wellness and Resiliency in Education) grant is to develop a sustainable infrastructure for school-based mental health programs and services. AWARE grantees build collaborative partnerships with the State Education Agency (SEA), other Local Education Agencies (LEAs), Tribal entities, the State Mental Health Agency (SMHA), community-based providers of behavioral health care services, school personnel, community organizations, families, and school-aged youth.

DESCRIPTION: The Community Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day implementation of Project AWARE activities at the local school district (LEA) level, management of LEA budget, and management of LEA activities (such as community assessment, environmental scan, and comprehensive planning). This position will act as a liaison with all community partners, the Wyoming Department of Education, Wyoming Department of Health, at least two other LEAs, the "Learning Collaborative" team, and mental health providers. Duties include representing the district as the primary representative for the grant; collaborating with stakeholders, partners, and agencies to ensure successful implementation; monitoring, tracking, and analyzing financial and grant-related data; and preparing monitoring and status reports.

QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s Degree or related experience is required. Demonstrated successful experience in project management and fiscal responsibility is required. Some understanding or knowledge of medical coding is beneficial. Ability to gather, analyze, and evaluate a variety of data is required. We are looking for someone who is highly motivated and displays strong initiative.
