Floor Supervisor (F/T)

Maven is a Direct-to-Consumer premium sports optics company based in Lander, WY. We sell binoculars,
spotting scopes, rifle scopes, and rangefinders. We are looking to add a detail-oriented person to our
Operations Department to oversee day to day operations in the Production, Shipping, and Inspection
departments. Direct experience is not required, as fit and talent are our primary criteria.

The ideal candidate will be adept in spreadsheet management, have a general understanding of warehouse
operations, and be task oriented.

General Responsibilities:
● Collaborate with the Operations Manager on warehouse planning and process improvements.
● Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure shipping deadlines are consistently met.
● Create and maintain production schedules using our inventory management software.
● Verify products are inspected according to Maven's quality standards.
● Support warehouse operations wherever needed to maintain efficient workflow and meet daily
objectives.
● Assist with inventory accuracy and other operational tasks as assigned.
Core Competencies should include:
● Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
● Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace (Docs and Sheets); experience with Fishbowl
Inventory is a plus.
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
● Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
● A collaborative mindset and willingness to jump in wherever needed.
● Leadership potential and the ability to guide a small team.
● Ability to quickly learn new software and processes.

This is a salaried full-time, benefited position including health, dental, vision, and paid time off. Salary range is
