Bread Baker Apprentice and Pastry Chef

Lincoln Street Bakery is looking for passionate and dedicated bakers to join the team! Part and full time positions available, beginning immediately. Working hours are 6am - 2pm. Prior experience preferred, but not required!

Job Expectations (including, but not limited to):

• Work in a fast paced kitchen environment
• Lift 50lbs or more
• Be efficient in multi-tasking and handling multiple baking projects simultaneously
• Learn to produce all bread and/or pastry products made by Lincoln Street Bakery
• Work under the direction of the Head Bakery, and work independently and efficiently once the trade is learned.
• Clean and maintain professional kitchen equipment
• Practice and exhibit clear communications skills
• Weekend availability required
