“National Day of the Cowboy Chuckwagon Demo, Meal and Cowboy Poetry”: with Tim Hayes: Saturday, July 25, 11:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.

Celebrate the National Day of the Cowboy at the Dubois Museum! Experience authentic Western traditions as Tim Hayes demonstrates how to prepare a classic Chuck Wagon meal. Sip a cup of coffee while you watch the cooking process.  Spectators are welcome.  Purchase a ticket to enjoy the dinner.  As you enjoy listening to Cowboy Poetry, sharing stories and verses that capture the spirit of the West around the campfire.
