New for 2027 - Blue Select Platinum Health Plan

Available for 2027, our new BlueSelect Platinum plan includes low-cost virtual care,

predictable copays for in-network providers and urgent care visits, and built-in adult and

pediatric dental coverage.

With comprehensive benefits and fewer surprises, BlueSelect Platinum allows

employees to feel more confident about managing their health care needs. 

BlueLevel Funded and Wyoming Access Plans

Available for 2027, new BlueLevel Funded & Wyoming Access Plans enhance our suite

of employer options with a wider range of coinsurance and deductible options now

including:

- 75/25% coinsurance with deductibles as low as $4,500 (per person) and HSA-

eligible options

- 85/15% coinsurance with deductibles as low as $4,500 (per person) and HSA-

eligible options

- 90/10% coinsurance with a $6,000 deductible (per person) and HSA-eligible

options

Blue Precision Vision with VSP provided by UCD

We are excited to introduce Blue Precision Vision. Members will have access to the

nation's largest network of vision providers and comprehensive benefits to support eye

health. From routine eye exams to glasses and contact lenses, Blue Precision Vision

makes it easy for members to receive the care they need to see and feel their best.

New Dental Options

Provide employees with dental coverage at a price point that meets your organization's

needs and budget. Many BCBSWY health plans include adult and pediatric dental

coverage at no additional cost to employers.

Businesses can also opt for standalone dental coverage. Blue Dental plans provide a

range of deductibles, copays, and coverage levels, making it easier to offer flexible

options that support diverse workforce needs.
