Lander Medical Clinic & Western Family Care are a locally owned, multi-specialty group practice.

Our mission is to provide quality healthcare to all individuals in our community with dignity, compassion, and respect. We pride ourselves on being Fremont County’s medical home.

Our clinicians are physicians, physician assistants, and nurse practitioners who practice Behavioral Health, Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Gynecology, Pediatrics, Dietetics, Aesthetics and Urgent Care in a caring and trusted environment.

We offer a variety of services in-house including: Lab, X-ray, Infusion, Mammography, Ultrasounds, Echocardiograms, & Stress Tests.
