Format and equipment – Riders bring their own bikes to mount on provided trainers. Functional road, gravel, or mountain bikes are acceptable (Have your bike serviced if it is not fully operational). You will need a trainer quick-release rear skewer or axle and we ask that you use a trainer-specific rear tire. (tires and axles are available for purchase here at the shop)

Spin Classes are hour-long sessions geared toward riders ready to apply their skills to a 40-minute interval session guided by the coach, plus warm-up and warm-down.  The coach will make recommendations but ultimately the difficulty is determined by the rider and how hard they want to push themselves during the intervals. All levels of riders are welcome in every class.

Bikes can be stored at GPS for the duration of the block for a $8 storage fee.

Wear cycling appropriate clothing (chamois shorts highly recommended). Bring a water bottle, headband and/or towel and a great attitude.

Recent Upgrades:

Lighting upgrades and new ceiling-mounted fans make our spin studio even better! We are space constrained this year (because we have so much inventory!) so we ask you to choose to bring your bike for each class or pay $8 to store your bike here for the whole block.

Be sure to go ahead and get your rear tire and skewer ready for spin class! We require using a trainer specific tire which is more durable and will not leave rubber shavings that clog the trainers.
