Lander Half Marathon, 5K, kids 1-mile dash Challenge for Charities

The Challenge for Charities Half Marathon, 5K and Kids' 1 mile Mad Dash will be held on July 4, beginning at 6 a.m., with the Half Marathon concluding at 9:30 a.m.  The events all start and finish at Centennial Park, 209 Main Street Lander, WY.  These races are sponsored by the Lander Community Foundation.
The half marathon follows a beautiful loop outside of town with gorgeous views of the Wind River Mountains. The race takes place on a quiet, paved road and it will be an event you will remember! About 1,000 people take part in the event and about 150 run the half marathon. Stay in town for the parade, community barbecue and the best fireworks in the region - guaranteed!
