We’re looking for an experienced Customer Service/Technical Support Manager to lead our support team, ensuring outstanding customer service and effective troubleshooting for our valued customers.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead & mentor a team of customer service/technical support representatives.
  • Oversee daily operations of the customer service/technical support department.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, response times, and issue resolution.
  • Provide guidance on troubleshooting for connectivity issues, hardware setups, and service disruptions.
  • Manage escalations and work closely with the network operations team to resolve technical problems.
  • Monitor KPIs, call center performance, and customer feedback to drive continuous improvements.
  • Optimize the use of CRM, ticketing systems, and diagnostic tools for efficient support.
  • Train and onboard new team members to ensure high-quality service.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience in customer service & technical support management, preferably in ISP, telecommunications, or networking.

Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Understanding of internet technologies, networking, routers, and troubleshooting connectivity issues.
Proficiency with CRM systems, ticketing platforms, and diagnostic tools.
Ability to analyze data and implement process improvements.
A customer-first mindset with a passion for problem-solving.
