Landscaping Services Needed for Frank B. Wise Building in Fort Washakie

The Wind River Development Fund (WRDF), a nonprofit organization dedicated to stimulating economic development in the Wind River region, is seeking to contract with a local landscaping company to maintain the grounds and irrigation system at the Frank B. Wise Business Plaza and Wind River Veterans Memorial. The landscaping company will be responsible for furnishing all labor, tools, and specialized equipment to fulfill the services agreed upon. In addition, the landscaping company will be required to carry insurance and list WRDF as an additional insured. The work is expected to commence in late April with a spring clean-up, installation of annuals in various beds, and then regular maintenance throughout the remainder of the year. The scope of work for regular maintenance will include:

• Picking up and disposing of trash
• Mowing grass
• Trimming around rocks, signs, and sidewalks
• Blowing sidewalks and walkways
• Pulling weeds (use of chemicals prohibited)
• Mulching in beds
• Testing and repairing sprinkler system, if needed
