Teton Therapy is looking for a bold, outgoing Marketing & PR Specialist who thrives on face-to-face interaction and can build real relationships with doctors, clinics, and the community, and confidently position us as the go-to choice for Physical and Occupational Therapy services.
What This Role Really Is
You’ll spend a big part of your time:
- Visiting physician offices and building trust with providers and staff
- Starting conversations (even when it’s not convenient or comfortable)
- Following up consistently and staying top-of-mind
- Representing Teton Therapy at events, lunches, and in the community
- Communicating the value of our services clearly and confidently
- Being organized in your various projects and managing your time efficiently
This is relationship-driven marketing. If you like people, you’ll love it. If you avoid people… well, you won’t.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Build and grow referral relationships with physicians and medical offices
- Coordinate provider lunches, drop-offs, and clinic tours
- Represent Teton Therapy at community events and networking opportunities
- Create and execute marketing campaigns (digital, print, radio)
- Manage social media and create engaging content
- Plan and promote events like workshops and patient appreciation days
- Run patient outreach campaigns (calls, texts, mailings, etc.)
- Track results and improve on what’s working
