Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and provide quality maintenance services, ensuring the facility and grounds are kept in excellent condition.
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance tasks while following established safety precautions and infection control procedures.
- Maintain compliance with regulatory and company standards.
- Utilize computer systems to complete, initiate, and track various maintenance tasks and facility functions.
- Supervise and lead a team, fostering a culture of teamwork and professionalism.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous maintenance experience.
- Leadership experience with the ability to manage and mentor a team.
- High personal integrity, a caring attitude, and the ability to portray a positive image in the workplace.
- Familiarity with safety protocols standards.
- Competency with computers for task tracking and record- keeping.
- A valid driver's license with a clean driving record (no major violations in the last 3 years and no DUI or serious violations in the past 5 years).
