POSITION: Job Training Facilitator
LOCATION: Lander Valley High School, Pathfinder High School, and Lander Middle School
SALARY: $19.78/hr. minimum, 37.5 hours/week minimum 180 days with extra duty in the summer (maximum of 20 days); full benefits
START DATE: January 14, 2026

DESCRIPTION: The position of Job Training Facilitator is done for the purpose/s of providing support to the IEP process with specific responsibilities for developing and coordinating a comprehensive transition program and job training program for students with special needs by maintaining liaisons with community businesses and organizations; recruiting presenters; facilitating the development of pre-employment skills; providing information and/or direction to students; and promoting programs with staff, parents, and the local business community.
QUALIFICATIONS:
● Career Development Facilitator Certificate (Preferred)
● ServSafe Certificate (Preferred)
● Valid Driver’s License & Evidence of Insurability (Required)
● Experience working with students and/or young adults with disabilities.
● Knowledge and/or experience connecting people with community resources.
● Experience communicating with diverse groups, maintaining confidentiality, and working as part of a team, meeting deadlines and schedules.
● Ability to use various computer programs and other technology.
● Background knowledge of special education (Preferred)
