Title: Administrative Coordinator (F/T)
Maven is a direct-to-consumer premium sports optics company based in Lander WY.
We sell binoculars, spotting scopes, rifle scopes, and rangefinders.
We are looking to add a passionate and energetic person to our Administration team.
The Administrative Coordinator will work as a member of our trade show logistics team
to help coordinate Maven’s presence at 60+ consumer-direct shows a year. This
position will also provide administrative support in data entry / tracking and
project-based support to all Maven departments and serve as a member of our
customer service team. Occasional work travel is an option. Direct experience is not
necessary as team fit and talent are our top criteria.
Our ideal candidate will have the:
● Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written
● Strong computer skills including experience with Microsoft Office, Dropbox and
the Google platform
● Ability to handle multiple projects and responsibilities, including managing
multiple deadlines
● Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team
● Willingness to be part of a rapidly changing, fast paced environment
● Ability to speak knowledgeably about hunting, shooting, golf and general optics
use is a plus
This is an hourly full-time, benefited position including health, dental, vision, paid

The starting pay for this position is $17/hour.
