Looking for an unforgettable way to experience the Balloon Rally? Become a volunteer and be part of the action!

Join us Friday, Saturday, or Sunday at 6:00 a.m. at the CWC Soccer Fields, 2660 Peck Avenue, Riverton, WY 82501. Check in, fill out a volunteer form, and you'll be assigned to a balloon crew.

As a volunteer, you'll help the pilot and crew prepare the balloon for flight, assist with launch, and then join the chase crew to follow the balloon to its landing site. It's a behind-the-scenes experience you'll never forget! Most volunteer crews wrap up between 9:00 and 10:00 a.m., leaving you plenty of time to enjoy the rest of your day.

No experience is necessary—just wear comfortable clothes, closed-toe shoes, and bring a positive attitude.

Don't Miss Saturday Night!

After the morning flights, come back Saturday evening for the Balloon Glow & Field Events! Enjoy delicious food trucks, live music, bounce houses, family activities, and so much more. As the sun sets (weather permitting), watch the balloons light up the night sky in a spectacular Balloon Glow, followed by an exciting fireworks show. It's the perfect way to celebrate an amazing weekend at the Rendezvous Balloon Rally!
