Our Lander clinic recently upgraded its aquatic therapy program with the innovative HydroWorx RISE system, a modular, self-contained rehabilitation pool designed for recovery, rehabilitation, and performance training.

The HydroWorx RISE combines advanced technology with low-impact therapy to create a versatile treatment environment for patients of all ability levels. Features include:

• Variable-speed underwater treadmill (0.2–6 mph)
• Adjustable water depth up to 50 inches
• Integrated resistance jets
• Modular, space-saving design
• No external plumbing required

The buoyancy of water reduces stress on joints while allowing patients to safely improve strength, endurance, balance, and mobility. Whether recovering from surgery, managing pain, or rebuilding athletic performance, aquatic therapy provides a powerful way to move with confidence.

• Nordic bench for hamstring eccentric control and low back strengthening

Maintained at a soothing 94 degrees, the warm-water environment helps decrease joint stress while providing natural resistance for strengthening, balance, and mobility training.

Key features of the Riverton aquatic therapy pool include:

• Hydraulic lift for safe and easy pool entry
• Underwater treadmill for guided movement training
• Multiple pool depths, including a 6-foot deep well for non-weight-bearing exercise
• Therapeutic massage jets
• Spacious design that allows therapists to work directly in the water with patients
