Join BICP and PMBIA certified coach Stacy Wells and Lindsay Nohl PMBIA, Level 2 Certified coach and owner of Dirt Town Adventures, for a fabulous day of being outside, learning and having fun! Learn to be more confident on your bike in a positive learning environment. Have fun and get rolling, making new friends along the way! Clinics available for both beginner and intermediate/advanced riders! Students must provide their own bike in good working condition (full suspension with flat pedals recommended), helmet, water bottle. Lunch will be provided.

How to Succeed at Beekeeping

In this hands-on class, beekeepers Susan and Alan Frost of Queens of Goodness will introduce the fundamentals of beekeeping. Students will gain insights into honey bee biology and the essential responsibilities of a beekeeper. Key topics covered include: hive setup, hive inspections, integrated pest management, swarm control, honey production, and seasonal care. The class features practical sessions using a demonstration hive (without live bees) and standard beekeeping equipment, allowing students to familiarize themselves with the tools and techniques of the trade.

CWC Alpine Science Institute
