Wyoming Legislature 2024 Select Committee on Capital Financing & Investments
The purpose of this meeting is to receive testimony on local government options to designate funds as inviolate for investment purposes, receive investment performance updates from the State Treasurer's Office and Wyoming Retirement System, consider statutory changes to income and earnings language and investment limitations in the State Agency Pool and generational fund structures in other jurisdictions.
