The purpose of this meeting is to receive the 2023 K-12 education resource block grant model (funding model) monitoring report pursuant to W.S. 21-13-309(u).
Wyoming Legislature 2024 Appropriations
The purpose of this meeting is to receive updates from the State Construction Department regarding a comprehensive state facilities plan and from the State Budget Department on redistributing the American Rescue Plan Act funds and Section 310 of 2024 Session Laws, Chapter 118 (budget bill). The Committee will also consider legislation regarding state construction, foreign land ownership, and gaming. The Committee will tour the Law Enforcement Academy and surrounding grounds and the Stair Fairgrounds.
