Board of Adjustment & Planning Commission Regular Meeting
The purpose of this meeting is to receive testimony on foreign ownership of land in Wyoming and an update from the State Construction Department on facility assessment progress and policy considerations. The Committee will also tour the Veterans Home of Wyoming.
The purpose of this meeting is to further the Committee's interim topics discussions. The Committee will receive updates since their last meeting in April, which will include music therapy, and child care and maternity care. The Committee will consider more information regarding Good Samaritan laws. Pharmacology in relation to chronic pain management and compassionate care models will be discussed. The Committee will tour the Sublette County Hospital District's newest facility. The Wyoming Department of Health will provide their annual update on the Community Services Block Grant (CSBG) and weigh in on childcare and maternity care issues. The Community College Commission will provide information about potential and existing midwifery programs in the country. The Committee will further discuss the proposed Wyoming Healthcare Authority. The Committee will wrap up their second interim meeting as they discuss handicap placards and disabled veteran license plates.
