Wyoming Legislature 2024 Joint Select Committee on Capital Financing & Investments
The purpose of this meeting is to receive testimony from local governments regarding investing in equities, the State Treasurer's Office regarding staffing, investment performance, and the investment manager selection process, the Wyoming Retirement System regarding investment performance, and review Wyoming's investment structure and prior efforts to simplify the structure, maximize returns, and increase transparency. The Select Committee will also receive an update on the Request for Proposal (RFP) regarding the benchmark and performance compensation study required by 2024 Session Laws, Chapter 118.
