The purpose of this meeting is to being the Committee's interim work. The Committee will receive an update from the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) regarding the Rock Springs Resource Management Plan, the sale of land to PacifiCorp, and wild horse management. The State Engineer's Office will be available to discuss temporary change of use for water rights.
