Wyoming State Winter Fair planning meeting

It is time to begin thinking about the 2014 Wyoming State Winter Fair.   Any ideas on how to improve the Winter Fair?  Interested in helping with this community project?
 
The Winter Fair will be holding a work/planning meeting on October 10, 2013 at the Carnegie Room at the Fremont County Library.  A small group of Volunteers has been carrying the laboring oar for the past several years.   Please come and joint us with your ideas, energy, and spirit.
