Winter Farmers Market

This coming weekend on Saturday from 9am to noon will be a winter farmers market at the Tribal Center at Central Wyoming College, 2660 Peck Ave., Riverton.  Numerous products will be available to purchase, including locally grown lamb and grass fed beef, eggs, fresh salad greens, dried beans, frozen raspberries and berry products, home baked breads and other bakery goods, jellies, and fresh peach cobbler baked on site.  Producers will be taking orders for products available during the upcoming seasons including locally grown feeder pigs, pastured pork and poultry, and grass fed and finished beef and a large variety of fresh veggies and fruits.  The money spent on local food stays in our economy, supporting both small farms and agricultural businesses.  COME ONE---COME ALL AND HAVE FUN!!!
