Suicide prevention training

Imagine suicide safer communities!

There will be two Safe TALK Trainings on Monday and Tuesday, January 21 and 22 at Wind River Casino Entertainment Room, 10269 Hwy 789, Riverton. Morning trainings will be 9 a.m-noon; afternoon trainings 1-4 p.m.

Safe TALK-trained suicide alert helpers are better able to:
- Move beyond common tendencies to miss, dismiss or avoid suicide;
- Identify people who have thoughts of suicide;
- Apply the TALK steps (Tell, Ask, Listen and KeepSafe) to connect a person with suicide thoughts to suicide intervention caregivers.
