SBA workshop offered on construction management

The Small Business Administration (SBA) is partnering with Stover & Associates, Inc. to provide a workshop on Construction Management on Thursday, April 5, 8:30 a.m.-5 p.m. at Wyoming Business Technology Center, 1938 Harney St., Laramie.

Topics include documents and defining the scope of work, estimating and the bid process, the cost estimate, R.S. Means and how to use it, managing and controlling risk.
