  Dr. Roland Kidwell is a professor of management and is currently Chair of the Management and Marketing Department in the College of Business at the University of Wyoming. He received his PdD from Louisiana State University.

Bruce Brown, CPA, is a financial consultant for Manufacturing-Works, a Certified Public Accountant and holds a Master of Business Administration from UW.

Jim Willms is a management consultant for Manufacturing-Works, with an emphasis on strategic planning, general management, sales marketing and international business. He is the retired CEO and president of Unicover Corporation.
