"Last of the Wild - A Red Desert Story" Film Screening and Q&A

For those who know it, the Red Desert is a source of beauty and fascination. But even if you’ve never visited these lands yourself, the desert has a story to tell. 

Please join us for a local screening of Last of the Wild — a short documentary film celebrating the iconic Red Desert, examining the connections between people and the land, and highlighting the opportunity we have to preserve this special place for future generations. 

Last of the Wild is directed by Lander filmmaker Kirk Rasmussen with the support of the Indigenous Land Alliance of Wyoming and the Wyoming Outdoor Council. If there was ever any doubt, this film makes it clear that the Red Desert is a national treasure.
