Lander Pet Connection 'clean up day'

The Lander Pet Connection is planning to have a work day (really, just an afternoon!) at our facility Saturday, October 6, starting at 2:00 and going until we are done or the sun goes down.  We have decided it's important to take this time to ensure that our facility stays in tip top shape!  We are looking for folks to volunteer to help in any number of ways, from cleaning, to reinforcing kennel fencing, to walking dogs for at least an hour so work can be done on their kennels without their "help".
 We will have tasks for all abilities so please consider coming out to lend a hand.  Refreshments will be provided.
 
Sunday, October 7, please join us from 2:00 - 4:00 to celebrate the one year anniversary of the Syd Miller Animal Rescue and Adoption Center.  It has been a VERY busy year; since opening we have adopted out 159 animals!
 Light refreshments will be served.
 
If you are able to come help on Saturday, please respond to this email so we can be sure we are well organized to best utilize your time!
