International Climbers Festival

After a packed house for the Explorers Presentations on Wednesday night, the International Climbers' Festival kicked off day 2 with a trail maintenance project in Sinks Canyon. Climbers' Festival attendees worked with the BLM, U.S. Forest Service, and Access Fund to improve an existing trail in Sinks Canyon.
 
Later today after Festival attendees return from a day of climbing, the Grand Theater will host the Telluride MountainFilm Festival from 5:00—8:00 p.m. New Belgium Brewery will be offering free tastings, and Grand Theater concession will be on sale. The film lineup is guaranteed to captivate imagination and hold your attention.
 
After that, join us at the Gannett Grill/Cowfish patio for music by High Plains Drifters starting at 7:30 and free give aways by La Sportiva. The first 100 people to buy a beer at the outdoor tent will receive a La Sportiva spun aluminum mug!
 
Tomorrow, July 13, the events will be just as exciting at the Trade Fair (no ticket necessary) taking place in Lander City Park from 3:00—11:00 p.m.
Games and competitions will provide ample entertainment for ticket holders and Lander community alike! See you there!
