High Fidelity Wraparound advisory council

You are invited to participate in your local advisory council! Magellan Healthcare, Wyoming's Care Management Entity, is starting eight advisory councils around the state. The purpose of each local group is to provide input about the High Fidelity Wraparound program. This will help us to keep improving the services we offer. Each local council or committee will include: - Family members. - Youth. - Providers. - Stakeholders. This is our Region 5 meeting which covers only Fremont County. What do I need to know for this meeting? Our first meeting will cover an overview of HFWA, what the goal and tasks of the advisory council will be, and what results you need from these meetings.
