Help for Health Hospice Golf Scramble

The Help for Health Hospice GOLF SCRAMBLE will be Friday, May 18, at the Riverton Country Club. The Shotgun Start is at 1 p.m., dinner and music begin at 6:30 p.m. Prizes include first place and hole prizes.

Entry fee covers 18 holes, cart, dinner and live music. Fees are $80 per person, 4 people per team. Dinner only is $30 per person. Proceeds support Fremont County's only non-profit community hospice care and hospice home. Please register by May 7.

Sponsorship opportunities are: Greens Fee Sponsor: $1250; Dinner Sponsor: $1000; Music Sponsor: $500 (sponsors will be recognized with event advertising and at the awards ceremony). Or dedicate a hole to a loved one for $100 (sign will be placed on the green throughout the event). Please submit sponsorships as soon as possible to ensure adequate preparation for recognition.
