The Riverton Museum is hosting Stan Grove for this Wyoming Community Bank Discovery Series on August 21 from 6-7pm. 

Geologist David Miller will be presenting his talk on the Gas Hills Uranium District southeast of Riverton, first discovered by Neil and Maxine McNeice in 1953 called "Discovery Hill." David will talk about the expansive history, varying companies, and what the uranium industry meant for Riverton, Fremont County, and Wyoming as a whole. Don't miss this fascinating talk.
