Louis Lake Lodge & Charlie Whitlock Horses announces a new event! "Cowboy Campfires" will be held at Louis Lake this summer. These Saturday evening activities will feature locally talented cowboys reciting poetry, telling stories, playing music, making people laugh and cooking food. The setting will be at Louis Lake Lodge with several small campfires burning for small groups to gather around while listening to some great talent!
The schedule is as follows:
June 23rd - Wesley Wiginton - Cowboy Poet.
July 7th - Jack Schmit & Kent Stockton - Cowboy Poets.
July 21st - Joe Bain - Comedian, Musician and Poetry.
Aug 4th - TBD
Aug 18th - TBD
Sept 1st - Jack Schmit & Kent Stockton return.
Mark your calendars now and make plans to attend. To avoid disappointment, reservations are recommended. So grab your friends and bring your favorite comfy lawn chair and come enjoy some real dutch oven fixin’s over a campfire while listening to good old fashioned western entertainment. All of this under a star-studded Wyoming sky…it doesn’t get much better than this!
Ticket prices are $25 for a full dinner of western fare and entertainment, or $4-6 for just campfire entertainment.
