Westward Heights Care Center is a locally owned, non-profit facility directed by a volunteer board of local citizens. The management services of Vetter Senior Living oversee the day-to-day operations of the facility, in matters pertaining to long-term care.
Westward Heights is proud to serve the community of Lander, Wyoming, nestled against the Wind River Mountains on the banks of the Popo Agie River. Our community of 6,500 people serves as the gateway to Yellowstone National Park and the Grand Tetons.
You can find us on the south side of town just off Highway 287, right across the highway from the post office and the Best Western Hotel.
Our facility accommodates up to 60 individuals for long-term care, after-hospital rehabilitation or short-term respite care. We also provide outpatient therapy services for those needing physical therapy, occupational therapy or speech therapy.
