Join us for an informative discussion for the older adult male on Wednesday, Oct. 12, 10:30 am, at the Lander Senior Center.
The discussion, led by Bill Clark, LCSW, will help you view common life changes as we age. We'll discuss information about health and well-being, social networks, changes that seniors go through, physically, socially, financially, and spiritually and share ways to combat issues that may arise as we age.
