Position: Customer Service Representative Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Location: Western Printing Job Responsibilities: Answer incoming phone calls Assist customers at the front counter Generate UPS shipping labels Perform quality checks on print work Wrap and prepare jobs for delivery Read and respond to customer emails Computer Experience a must Must be able to count change Must be able to lift a box of paper (50lbs) You'll also have the opportunity to learn about and support
