Teton Therapy is pleased to announce John Reddon, PT, DPT, has been named its new Chief Executive Officer.
Reddon, a physical therapist and Teton Therapy co-owner, succeeds longtime CEO and founder Jeff McMenamy, who has led the organization for more than two decades. McMenamy, an occupational therapist with over 30 years of experience, helped grow Teton Therapy from a single startup clinic into one of Wyoming’s leading outpatient therapy providers.
Reddon, who joined Teton Therapy in 2018, described taking the CEO role as a meaningful continuation of the company’s work and a chance to serve his community.
“It’s an honor to step into this role and continue the work Jeff and our team have built over the past two decades,” Reddon said. “As someone who grew up in Riverton, I care deeply about the people and communities we serve across Fremont County and Wyoming. My focus moving forward will include supporting clinicians, investing in advanced care, and maintaining the personalized care patients expect.”
McMenamy said the transition reflects the company’s continued growth while staying true to its original mission.
“When we started Teton Therapy, the goal was simple: provide better care for our patients and serve the communities we love,” McMenamy said. “Watching this organization grow into what it is today has been incredibly rewarding.”
He added that Reddon’s leadership and local roots position the company well for the future.
“I’m confident that John’s leadership, dedication to clinical excellence, and deep roots in Fremont County will continue that mission,” McMenamy said.
