Join Tom Shay for the next course in his series "Numbers for Retail Business Owners Who Don't Like Numbers" that will focus on creating a budget and cash flow plan that works for your business. You will need to bring 12 consecutive months of income statements with you to class so you can create a custom plan for your business. If you don't have this information because you either have not started your business yet or have not been in business for a full year yet, bring what you can! This course will give you the tools you need to plan and budget for your projected business expenses.
Note: Space for this course is limited in order to give each attendee the personal time needed to tailor this course to your needs. This course will be conversational and open to questions at any point.
