Tunnel Into the PAST-Public Opening of the English Tunnel and new Trail system at South Pass City

Public opening of 5 miles of interpretive trails and the English Tunnel, (a 1868 gold mine tunnel that was just opened this year for the first time in over a 100 years at South Pass City Wyoming State Historic Site).  The Friends of South Pass, with Wyoming State Parks, will be having the grand opening of the trails and the tunnel; with scavenger hunts, geology walks, nature interruptive walks, refreshments and other family fun events.
