Active Shooter Training and Emergency Preparedness Presentation
We invite you to a valuable presentation led by the Lander Police Department focusing on Active Shooter Training and comprehensive Emergency Preparedness.
We acknowledge that many local businesses, regardless of their size or industry, have already implemented robust and current policies and procedures for managing sudden, critical incidents. These established protocols are crucial for minimizing risk and ensuring an organized response during a crisis.
However, for organizations looking to either establish these essential procedures for the first time, refine existing plans, or provide a staff refresher, we are considering hosting a specialized training session.
This presentation would be structured to cover vital, fundamental emergency response procedures, potentially including:
Active Shooter Response Fundamentals: A review of best practices, such as the "Run, Hide, Fight" strategy, and the establishment of clear communication protocols.
Mass Evacuation Planning: Guidance on developing clear evacuation routes, identifying designated assembly points, and procedures for accounting for all personnel.
Incident-Specific Policy Review: Assistance with creating comprehensive, documented policies specifically tailored to your workplace environment.
