Lander 4th of July Celebration! Let the fun begin...
2017 Challenge for Charities Half Marathon, 5K and 1M youth run. Register on-line at http://www.landercommunityfoundation.org/c4c2017reg. Event packet pickup and day-of registration begins at 5:15 am, half marathon walkers and runners begin at 6 am, 5k run/walk begins at 7 am, pancake breakfast sponsored by Lander Kiwanis Club 7:30-9:30 am, 5K awards 8 am, yoga at Centennial Park 8:30 am, youth 9 and under 1-mile run 8:30 am, half marathon awards 9 am.
Lander Senior Center Pancake Breakfast, 7-9 am, 205 So. 10th St., pancakes, sausage, orange juice & coffee, $5 per person
Pioneer Days Parade, Lander's Main Street, 10 am.
Rotary Club's annual Buffalo BBQ, Lander City Park, 11 am-2 pm, Adults $10, Kids $5, tickets available at the Lander Chamber of Commerce, 160 N. 1st St.
Pioneer Days Rodeo, July 3-4, 6:30 pm each night, July 3 Little Cowpokes Night; Indian relays each night. Presale tickets Adult $8, kids 6-12 $4; at the gate Adult $10, kids 6-12 $5, 5 & under free. Tickets available at the Lander Chamber of Commerce, 160 N. 1st St.
Lander City Fireworks follow the rodeo.
