“East Fork Geology Trek”: guided by Dr. David Love: Wednesday, July 15th, 8:30 a.m.

Join us at the Dubois Museum for a unique outdoor experience! We’ll depart together for a guided trek along East Fork Rd., where renowned geologist Dr. David Love will share his expertise on the fascinating geology of the area.  Dr. Love, born on his family’s Wyoming ranch, is a legendary field geologist who explored landscapes on foot long before satellite imagery and digital maps became standard. His work has educated people worldwide about Wyoming’s geology, natural resources, and history. With over 250 geological publications and two detailed maps, Dr. Love brings unmatched insight to this hands-on adventure.
