Chunky Monkey Hat

Chunky Monkey Hat is a new pattern by Lander's designer and PY instructor, Hailey Reddon.  It incorporates Shepherd Knitting (a form of slip stitch crochet), and a cast on and bind off, much like knitting.  Using bulky yarn (150-200 yds), and a K and M crochet hook (6.5 and 9mm respectively), you will learn the Shepherd Knitting technique and Bendy Carter's Cast On to create this unique fabric hat.  Prerequisite skills helpful, but not necessary:  Slip knot, slip stitch crochet.
