Wednesday, July 10

·       10am-5pm - FESTIVAL CHECK-IN, T-SHIRT AND SWAG BAG PICK UP, RAFFLE TICKET SALES, deals at sponsor booths and Annual sale - Wild Iris Mountain Sports Store.

·       10am-5pm - PATAGONIA WORN WEAR team - Wild Iris Mountain Sports Store, 166 Main Street. Bring your old clothes and get them repaired *this is not a swap

·       3pm - Meditation for Climbers - location Bhava Shala 111 N 1st street

·       5pm-7:30pm - OUTDOOR RESEARCH and UPSLOPE HAPPY HOUR AND ADVENTURE FILM FESTIVAL - Lander Grande Theatre, 250 Main street.

• · *First 200 ppl admitted – bring water! It gets hot on the side walk waiting in line.

·       8pm-12am - THE 8b+ and BLACK DIAMOND BOULDER BASH - check in for registered attendees only Lander City Park 7pm . Shuttle will depart at 7:30

Thursday, July 11

• 7am-9am – Coffee by BUTORA and Doughnuts - registered attendees only

·       7am-9am - DEMO GEAR – Lander City Park.

·       7am-8:30am - CLINIC CHECK IN WyoClimbers booth  Lander City Park. Clinics depart 8:30 (return at 3pm)

·       8am-2pm - ACCESS FUND and TRANGO volunteer day  -  Meet in Lander City Park, carpool to projects at 9am

·       8am-11am - PATAGONIA WORN WEAR team – Lander City Park.  Bring your old clothes and get them repaired *this is not a swap

·       9am-5pm - FESTIVAL CHECK-IN, T-SHIRT AND SWAG BAG PICK UP, RAFFLE TICKET SALES cont. - Wild Iris Mountain Sports Store.

·       3:00pm-6pm - CENTRAL BANK AND TRUST ART CRAWL - Loop from LANDER CHAMBER OF COMMERCE to live music at the MIDDLE FORK CAFE, end with a cold beverage at LANDER BAR

6pm - Jeff Smoot slideshow “Hangdog Days” at CENTRAL BANK AND TRUST

·       7pm – Sign up for the pull–up comp at the lander bar, first 15 in each category to sign up, compete.

·       7:30pm-12AM - LA SPORTIVA OPENING PARTY and photo booth - Lander Bar.

·       7:30pm-9pm -  CLIMBSTRONG PULL-UP COMP - Lander Bar

·       9pm-11pm - LIVE MUSIC

Friday, July 12

·       7am-9am - DEMO GEAR LANDER CITY PARK.

·       7am-8:30am - CLINIC CHECK IN WyoClimbers booth  Lander City Park. Clinics depart 8:30 (3pm return)

·       7am-9am - CLIMBERS FOR CHRIST BURRITO BREAKFAST - Lander City Park. Free for ticketed attendees.

·       9am-3pm - REGISTRATION AND TICKET PICK UP - Wild Iris store.

·       2pm-3pm - PRANA acro yoga- Lander City Park

·       2pm-6pm - TRADE FAIR, COMPS, AND RAFFLES - Lander City Park--- Sign up at the WYOCLIMBERS Booth for all but Edelrid!!

• · Ongoing at Edelrid Booth - rope coiling contest with EDELRID

• Various panel discussions with AAC, ACCESS FUND, LEAVE NO TRACE, MYSTERY RANCH, HIGH COUNTRY NEWS, CHICKS CLIMBING, CLIMBING ZINE

• · 3pm start - beam carry contest

• · 3pm start - crate stacking contest

• · 4pm start - table bouldering

·       2pm-6pm - PATAGONIA WORN WEAR team - Lander City Park. Bring your old clothes and get them repaired *this is not a swap

·       2pm- 6pm - Panel Discussion with AMERICAN ALPINE CLUB, MYSTERY RANCH, & ACCESS FUND

·       3pm-4pm - LANDER BREWING and BLACK DIAMOND happy hour and training tips

·       6pm-8pm - SCARPA DYNO COMP - Lander City Park

·       8:30pm-12am -Live Music hosted by BLACK DIAMOND at the LANDER BAR

Saturday, July 13

·       REGISTRATION CLOSED – T-shirts sales/pick up cont at Keynote Speaking event. Inn at Lander 5pm

·       6:30am - WYOCLIMBERS and OUTDOOR RESEARCH host the Limestone Rodeo- Lander City Park WyoClimbers Booth team check-in by 7am

·       7am Shuttles leave city park with Limestone Rodeo Competitors

·       7am-10am - DEMO GEAR – Lander City Park

·       7am-10am - MIDDLE FORK BREAKFAST AND SPEEDGOAT COFFEE - Wild Iris Main Wall Parking Lot

·       8am-9am –Universal Yoga with PRANA and Liz Lightner- Lander City Park, meet at Lyons Shelter.

·       9am - 12 noon - Lander Valley Farmers Market, Lander City Park

·       8am - 12 noon - PATAGONIA WORN WEAR team - Lander City Park. Bring your old clothes and get them repaired *this is not a swap

·       4:00pm – Last chance to turn in LIMESTONE RODEO comp sheets to WYOCLIMBERS booth in Wild Iris Crag parking lot.

·       5pm-6:30pm - ADIDAS and UPSLOPE Happy hour and athlete mingle/poster signing- Lander Community and Convention Center (950 Buena Vista Drive)

·       5PM-8PM - SILENT AUCTION BIDDING

·       6:30pm- AWARDS

·       7pm-8:30 pm - ADIDAS KEYNOTE SPEAKER SERIES - Lander Community and Convention Center with Volker Schoeffl, Craig DeMartino, Kitty Calhoun, & James Edward Mills

·       8:30 pm-9pm - COMP WINNERS ANNOUNCED, CWCA SILENT AUCTION WINNERS ANNOUNCED - Lander Community and Convention Center

·       9pm-12am - MYSTERY RANCH CLOSING PARTY at the Lander Bar

Sunday, July 14

·       7am-10am –  Power Breakfast and coffee by ALPINE START - registered attendees only

·       9am-10:30am - Meditation for Climbing hosted by PRANA and the BHAVA SHALA  -free for festival attendees, donation for non-registered attendees

·       9am - GANNETT PEAK SPORTS GROUP RIDE - meet at WyoClimbers Booth, Lander City Park with your bike or a rental! 

• 9am - 307 DISC GOLF hosts group Disc Golf - meet at WyoClimbers Booth, Lander City Park

·       9am-12pm - FINAL DEMO DROP OFF LANDER CITY PARK – Sponsor booths.
