About Us

Guardian Flight is an air medical program serving Wyoming, from five bases utilizing both rotor and fixed-wing aircraft. We are currently Wyoming’s largest air medical provider and have three fixed wing assets and two helicopter assets serving in the state. We began operations in 2011 in Rock Springs and expanded into Gillette in January 2012. Later that same year we opened a fixed-wing base in Lander in June 2012, and in 2014 we opened a rotor-wing base in Riverton to better serve Fremont County. Guardian took over of the Cody operation in Park County in October 2017.
