What does a Customer/Technical Support Representative do?
Our Support Team works with our clients to ensure that their Internet and other services are running properly.
How does a Support Representative do their job?
You will assist customers by troubleshooting their email accessibility, internet connection, including the technical components of that connection, to ensure that their service is working properly.
Do I need to be “computer smart” or “Internet savvy” to apply for this position?
Having even a basic background in IT, such as programming a router, is always a plus. If you’re familiar with the technical and network aspects of computers and the Internet, that would be ideal. However, we know that not everyone is born with those skills. First and foremost, we are looking for a reliable, hard-working, and responsible individual – if that’s you, we can build up your skillset and train you and improve your technical knowledge and skill set.
Is this Support opportunity a full-time position or a part-time position?
